About doing business with us at www.windowsazurearchitect.com
Satisfaction Guaranteed Policy
To ensure your satisfaction we accept cancellation of your order if the following conditions are met:
- You cancel your order within 8 hours of purchase completion.
- You inform us about your cancellation by e-mail to customerservice@windowsazurearchitect.com.
- You haven't touched more than a maximum of 5 topics in the modules available.
Issuing of invoices/fulfillment of contract
As soon as you have completed the purchase you will (1) receive an email containing a confirmation of your purchase, and (2) receive another email containing instructions about how to start using the program. You will also receive a different e-mail if you pay with credit card. This e-mail will clearly indicate that you have already paid the full invoice amount by credit card. If you decide to pay by invoice a semi-automatic procedure will help you allow full access to the program's content and resources as fast as possible.
Support answering time
The Windows Azure Architect Program Team promises to react to all customer queries, submitted to one of the email addresses seen on the contact page, within two workdays.
Delivery
All content except for the additional class-room events (not available outside Sweden at this time) are delivered online or as self-paced content. As soon as your purchase is completed you will receive an email containing full instructions about how to connect to the private member area of the program. To study the program you need a standard Internet Browser - preferably Microsoft Internet Explorer 8.0 or later. To be able to use the Windows Azure Architect TV area you must have the free Microsoft Silverlight plug-in installed. If you haven't already downloaded Silverlight, the program's TV area will direct you to the Microsoft Silverlight download page for a free one-time small-sized download.
Credit Card Security Assured
All data received by or sent from the Site’s credit card payment pages, including the communication between the site and the credit card services provider, are protected through 128 bits Secure Socket Layer (SSL). Transactions also require the use of the security code (CV2) number from the back or front of your credit card; this information is only available with physical access to the card and is not stored by the web site.
The Program Owner will take all reasonable care to keep the details of your order and credit card information secure, but unless the Program Owner have been negligent, the Program Owner will not be liable for any losses you may suffer as a result of unauthorized access by a third party to the information transmitted by you when ordering services from the Site.
